Ok, I found the fatty section on here back in July, and now I and my family and friends are hopelessly addicted to these things.  I finally got enough pics together to do a decent Q view on here.  These things are real hard to get pics of as they dissappear as soon as they're cut.  Kinda like trying to get a picture of the Loch Ness Monster or something!  Anyway, we did 4 fatties for my Youngest son's birthday party a Philly, and Italian, A chicken corden bleu, and a breakfast one.  The only 2 I got the good q views of were the Italian and the Philly.  My Brother made the other 2 at his house and brought them down later.  Enjoy the pics, they tasted AMAZING...and they barely lasted 15 minutes after we served them!!

The Italian... Sweet Italian Sausage, Salami, Pepperoni, Capicolo, pizza sauce, and added shredded provolone after the pic.

The Philly...shredded roast beef, A1 sauce, Steak Dust seasoning, peppers, onions, and more shredded Provolone.  We rolled this on in hamburger instead of sausage.

How long did you cook them and what was the temp. I'm new to this and wanted to try and make some.SUBMIT   They look real good
