S.E. Nebr.
Hello,

My name is Dennis alias Bigfoot BBQ. Just enrolled on this site. I live in Southeast Nebr. Full time farmer and hog producer farrow to finish. Been doing it a long time. Not only do I raise pigs but grill them too. Got into grilling a few years ago by chance. Started with a Holland grill, went to a traeger now I have two Louisanna grills the whole hog and a smaller one. Don't advertize for business word of mouth good enough. Pulled pork is the most popular I make for organizations and people. Since I started I've found out much more respect for the BBQ business as it takes work and alot of time to make it work. Looking forward to chatting with you all on this site.

Denis Welcome to SMF Sounds like you are doing some big smokes. Post some pics of your smokes and rigs.

Welcome Bigfoot.  You will be glad you joined.  I joined about 2 months ago and thanks to the help of the very friendly folks on this site, I was up and smoking in no time.  I am now very popular in my neighborhood.  Anytime there is smoke floating through the air in my neighborhood, I get calls.  LOL

If you have any questions, be sure to use the search engine.  I'll bet someone has already asked the same question and received 10 answers. lol.

Welcome again,

Ciao,

Rob
