  1. Good day all,I have not even purchased my smoker yet. I am looking at the Triton Outdoor Gourmet. I have played around with electric smokers in the past. I used to have a Little Chief that I smoked alot of salmon on when we were stationed in AK. I loved AK and we did 4 tours there, 2 in Kodiak, 1 in Valdez and 1 in Ketchikan. I am in the US Coast Guard. Happily married with a wonderful 17 year old son. We just got stationed in Galveston, TX but live up in Pearland.Looking forward to learning with y'all.
