I already voted foil. They do look good. I know a lot of people wh don't foil ribs they turn out good as well. I just think they are a little more moist with foil. They are a little more forgiving if you foil. Ribs are about the only thing I foil. Keep the pics coming.

It was actually a bad rack of ribs. Meat wise.

Those ribs....... lookin tastee!! There are those who would argue that there can not be too much fat! That golden ambrosia of the Gods that renders up its nectar leaving a bit of pure delight. Its very presence enhances all the meats around it with only a slight increase of temperature.
