Just got my first smoker, got on this website, and have been enjoying my new found hobby with mouth watering success! My wife is a brisket fan, so I am in like Flynn! Now that the weather is more reasonable, the smoker is in full form. I will be in touch.... MMGood!

Welcome to yet another Minnesotan! What part of the state are you from? As far as the weather it has turned cold here agin. From 60's the last several days to 27 and light snow right now

Burnsville. The weather has been fine over the past few days. 50's this weekend. Perfect for smoking or grilling with a nice cigar!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum. I am also from MN although I do live just across the river in ND for now. Glad to see some more people from the area joining the forum. With the weather warming up I am going to be hitting my smoker even more hard than I have been all winter. Can't wait to see some qview from you.

welcome to the forum neighbor!!! from st cloud area here... is it my imagination or are the minnesota smokers coming out of the woodwork this spring or what!!!

Seriously! With all the MN people getting on this forum somebody has got to open a godd BBQ Joint. I would love to get some BBQ when I visit family up there. A man can't live on Culver's alone (I've tried).

And Welcome to the forum MMGood! Great place to be, and you will quickly find out that you will have many more friends when your smoker is on...just make sure they chip in from time to time.

Welcome to the site neighbor, im just down the road in Winona. I look forward to seeing some of your spring smokes.
