Hello all!..I'm Luther from Indianapolis, IN.. I CURRENTLY have a Char-Boil offset smoker.. Even though I have a "low budget" smoker, I do competition style bbq.. I'm looking to buy a new much better smoker.. I would love a custom built pit, one day the Lord willing.. I here the Lange is top of the line.. I've perfected my own overall rub and bbq sauce.. I'm working on a rub specifically for brisket..
I've smoked with cherry, hickory, Orange, peach, Mesquite, and Apple.. Apple and hickory combined has become my standard.. I want to try pecan but having trouble finding it here in Nap Town..
