I just found this site the other day. I like the fact that you cover other areas of cooking other than just bbq. I am currently in the process of closing my bbq restaurant after almost 4 years of cooking and catering. I still plan on doing some limited catering. I also bottle and sell my own bbq sauce and line of bbq seasonings. I am not a cert.KCBS judge but have judged at several KCBS events. I am also on the planning board for the Great Aberdeen Pig Out and am in charge of the bbq cooking contests. I have a large custom built offset on a 5X8 trailer, a Cookshack SM150, Cookshack SM08, Bandera offset, and an ECB. I also love to cook over open fires and I do alot of Dutch oven cooking.
