I have used an electric smoker my whole life, grew up watching my father use one and he taught me when I got in my teens.
Thinking about making a switch to a different type of smoker. Doing some research on other types and brands and this is one Im interested in.
I am taking a BBQ class with Chris Marks and will get a first hand look at The Good One Smoker.
Any thoughts on the Green Egg would be appreciated.Also any other recommendations on other brands would be great.
