Welcome to the SMF!  I would start with something simple like chicken.  It's inexpensive, forgiving, and easy to get good results.

Please head on over to Roll Call & introduce yourself so we can give ya a warm welcome.

Howbout a nice dinner fattie made with ground beef and stuffed with your favorite burger fixings

You're cookin on the front end of a Ford? haha. Get ya some ground beef and do some burgers. Or like adiochiro said chicken. Flavor wise you can do a lot that works with either. Have fun with it and get creatve. Those are options that are hard to screw up and will allow you to get to know your grill. Welcome to SMF!

Buy your favorite cut of steak and get after it! Just don't overcook, be confidant in your ability to recognize grill and meat temps. I like my steak med to med rare. I would suggest T-bones or New yorks, yes expensive but hard to screw up.....unless you over cook, I would say 5 minutes a side.

I was thinking that it's cool that you are using a Ford grill but ... it you went with a government motors grill you could save money on fuel and just burn our inflated dollars! Great food on the cheap!

You got a grill made from a truck,or truck made into grill. I don't blame you I wouldn't know what to do with one that size either
