I'm looking for an electric smoker to hot-smoke whole pork bellies in.  I want something that can fit at least 3 whole bellies (approx. 9-11 lbs. each) at once and provide sufficient smoke at a temperature of about 160-180 degrees.  Maximum I want to spend is $500, but ideally it'd be in the $300 range.  I've looked at the Bradley (don't really like the idea of using their bisquettes), Masterbuilt, and some others, but it's hard to know what would be best. Any suggestions?  Thanks!!!

There's certainly a lot of Masterbuilt users on here. The 40 will easily hold that much bacon & you can precisely control the temp, and it's under $300. Add an AMNPS & you'll be in bacon heaven.

I would reccomend a MES and a AMAZN, I have the MES 30 and it is big enough for all my needs.  I have done 5 full racks of ribs at once too.  I don't see your location on your post but if you live in Canada for me it was cheaper to buy from Cabelas in the USA and ship it to Canada then it was to buy one from Cabelas Canada.  Go figure!?!?!?!?!?!

EDIT:  Here is a link to some of the bellys I have done in the MES and the AMAZN
