Hey guys! Love this website, I have only had my smoker since my birthday in July(The wife did good!) so I would call myself very green to the smoking world! I have a Traeger Tailgater and am located in the SLC Utah area. I can't get enough of my Traeger and my wife has always been the one to cook so she is loving it as well as it is allowing her to rest after work a lot more rather than get home and start cooking. I'm a red meat fan so I have done a couple briskets, 5 or 6 racks of ribs, 2 pork butts, and have also put on a pizza and a few chicken breasts. I have found myself a new hobby with this and don't see myself stopping anytime soon.
