My name is Bertil so I guess you could call me BBQBerra..
I am living in the south of Sweden, retired molecular biologist with two grown up children.
Outdoor cooking on big griddle pans together with the Cajun spices and receipes from New Orleans has been my passion for decades!
So far I have only had access to a moderate size electrical smoker but recently a double chimney, wood fired, 700 mm grate, beauty entered my backyard!
Intense studies of Jeffs great book together with possible support from the SMF will hopefully get me up and smoking!
I will share my first experiences with you guys soon!
