Belly Bacon sliced and fried!

    Finally got around to frying up some more of the belly bacon I made earlier this month for pictures. Enjoy!

    Maybe I should have phrased the intial post better...This is the first fry with this bacon that I was able to get QVIEW because the bacon went so fast!

    I too think that the baco looks great and I also know how good it will taste. What cure did you use on it.??

    3 parts brown sugar, 1 part TQ (followed the directions for the proper amount of TQ)
