Hi everyone. My name is Matt, from Dodge City Kansas. Firefighter and outdoorsman with a young family. I just bought an electric Masterbuilt 40 with window. I haven't gotten the chance to smoke anything yet but I'm pretty pumped up to do so. I've looked through alot of post and can already tell this forum is going to be a huge help.
