Hi y'all from metro Atlanta.
Just started smoking with a simple Smoke Vault. Like so far.
Family and friends have given two thumbs up for most everything (butt, ribs, brisket, turkey breast) so far.
Can't get the whole chicken right. No flavor on the inside. I bought an injector last night to try Jeff's chuck roast today, hope it helps my next attempt on the chicken.
I look forward to learning and enjoying the forum.
I lurked around different forums and this one seems to fit me.

I'm a sales guy that travels for business. Try to spend as many weekends as possible doing one or all of the following activities camping, hiking, grilling and now smoking.

Have a great weekend.

Welcome to the board! With your interests, you will fit right in.

When I had jobs that made me travel, I would always try to check out the local foods. Lots to discover!
