Beginner in Minnestoa

Hey all, I'm Denny aka "Grif" I'm kind of new to smoking but trying to get things started. Just took a class from some folks up here on game recipes and they had a bunch of good smoking tips and recipes. I have two smokers as of tonight. Just picked up a Smoke Hollow electric but I already have a Smoke Hollow LP. Hope to learn as much as possible here, and I'm sure you can help. Thanks,
