Hi Everyone,

Im Matt from NJ.  Beginner BBQer.  Ive smoked probably 5 times with my brother's equipment, looking to get my own stuff once I buy a house (soon) so i can do it a few times a month rather than a few times a year.  really enjoy everything about the process and love cooking up delicious food for guests/family.  Anyway, excited to talk BBQ with everyone.
