just a short smoke today, did a couple beer can chicks, rubbed with evoo and poultry seasoning and 7 pepper blend


smoked to 175 with light smoke-cherry




and some german potato salad smoked also

Chicken looks real good erain! How do you cook your potatos? I made one of my favorite potato dishes in the smoker once, and the potatoes never got tender enough for my liking. You got a secret? lol
