I have wore out my smoke hollow gas, cabinet style smoker. Not a lot of room, and limited penetration with smoke ring using chunks with gas. Christmas brought me a Char Griller Duo with a side firebox. I have done two racks of pork ribs and some chicken. I am having a hard time keeping the fire going, I have to prop the firebox lid open. I don't understand, all the vents a opened all the way. Looking forward to expanding my smoking skills. Can't wait to take it the "next level".
