hello, My name is Steve i joined this awesome forum a few years ago when i started smoking.  Been grilling for years and now i am in love with smoking.  started with just a simple brinkman charcoal smoker that i still have but now use a masterbuilt  propane smoker.  looking forward to being more active in the forum now that you guys have given me tips over these few years.
