Beef Short Ribs

  1. So I did my beef short ribs yesterday.  They came out fantastic!  Simple rub again coarse pepper and kosher salt and a little olive oil to help it stick.  Used the 3/2/1 method and was very happy with the results. Again I used straight cherry wood a bit of royal oak lump to start.





    I almost forgot to get a pic of the smoke ring... this was cut with a butter knife so I know it's hacked a bit...

    Looks good Matthew. Maybe move this thread out of the MI members forum to the "Beef" forum. You'll get more comments and compliments from the SMF community as a whole that way.
