Greetings. Has anyone done cool stuff with beef short ribs? Care to share? I'm lucky enough to have access to some of the world's best beef. My family sells American Kobe beef. We're looking for ways to market these things and present them at cooking events and fairs. They're really tender, often I just put them on the grill. They're great that way but I think there's more potential. Anyway, just looking for some cooking ideas if you're feeling social. Thanks!
