Do I need to wrap beef ribs in foil for the last hours of smoking if I'm using a water pan below them?

I never use a water pan or wrap my beef ribs. But as you'll soon discover, there are a lot of different ways to make good Q! Good luck and have fun with the ribs, David.

Thanks Dave! They r looking good but I may wrap them for an hour or 2 with some beer broth
  5. A lot depends on the smoker temp, and how lean the ribs are. If they look like they are drying out, you can spritz them and keep them moist or wrap them with a little liquid.
