Beef Ribs

  1. I got two racks of beef ribs in the MES30.

    I am smoking with hickory chips at 225 degrees.  I do not plan on wrapping the ribs

    Here they are


    With a rub on them


    2 hours in I opened the smoker to put some home made BBQ sauce on them
