Not a true smoker???? Why not. It works.

You could turn that in to a mini wsm thou. I love mine.

They look great by the way

Wife!?! What about the chef?

I will be patient and wait for the final product with asparagus on the side. Will post pics of plate all made up.

I smoked them for two hours, foiled for hour and a half, and unfoiled and bbq sauced with sweet baby rays sweet and spicy and let smoke/cook another half hour. I now will let them rest a good twenty minutes while cooking the side dish.

Nice smoke, looks tasty for sure ! Beef ribs are a fav round here... Have to agree with the others, that works great as a smoker ! Thumbs Up

Wife!?! What about the chef?

Wife wanted me to tell you guys it wasn't impatience that made her not wait until end product, but the fact she has to go to her belly dancing class. I wonder if there will be any left when she gets home lol i kidd i kidd.

I bought two prime my strips for dinner a couple of weekends ago, then the wife told me she was going out with the girls. I promptly enjoyed one steak that night and the second the next night!:bigsmile

Man... Those look great. A Weber kettle has turned out some of my best ribs yet! That's the beauty of a kettle. It's a grill, it's a smoker, a roaster, a cold smoker... The list goes on and on!
Thanks a bunch they were real tasty. Best ribs i have ever made. I should have left them foiled for another half hour i think. They were tasty and tender i was able to peel the meat with a fork, but they werent as fall off the bone tender as i wanted. The smokey flavor was top notch too. But for first ribs ever smoked i think i hit the jwckpot lol
