Beef Ribs after a long week.

    Anyway I was at the grocery store and snatched up the last 2 slabs they had.  Actually 2 is a little too much for my lil offset lol.  I really need some more room.  I rubbed them down with some black pepper a1, andy's season salt, and a little bit of chipotle powder.  Using oak, hickory, and cherry for this one. 

    Here they are after I just put them on..
