Last Sunday ... Nov. 11th, I smoked 3 chuck roasts, 2 pork butts, 2 fatty s and Dutch's beans. All the roasts were in the 3 lb. range (on sale) the fatty s were made from a local butcher's garlic sausage mainly because we can't get JD's on this side of the border.
Sorry ... no finish pix do to the time and other considerations.
Hope you enjoy!
Beans on bottom rack with butts above.
Followed by the 3 chucks.
... and on top of all that 2 homemade fatty s
This was taken about 2 hours in ... notice the cheddar oozing out of the one on the right dripping into the beans ... not a bad thing!

WooHoo! Look at all that food! I get so excited when I see a full smoker! Especially when it looks so much like mine!
Go Squeezy!

We've been eatin' on it every day and haven't made much of a dent in it!

Don't worry folks ... I'll get through it ... guaranteed!

.... and thanks for your kind words
