My second attempt at making jerky.I used high mountain seasonings kit momma got me for Christmas.(yeah yeah,i know way to long not to try it.)using me quite wood for flavor.should be good to go in 2hrs
 
Thanks.should be done in 2.5hrs or so.
Now that the weather is cooler.I'll be doing more out here.
I hate weather above 60 degrees.

It didn't turn out like I wanted it.but I also found out my smoker is on it's last legs.
Time to look for a new smoker
