Decided to cook up some beef jerky, Just did the marinade for the beef jerky did Worcester, soy, teriyaki, salt pepper garlic powder some of my bbq rub some cholula hot sauce and pineapple juice let it marinade overnight and it smells sooo good ! Going in the yoder at 160degrees will check on it in 4 hours
its about 20 degrees in md right now so shouldn't have any problem holding 160 on the cooler
 
Forgot to mention used the leanest top sirloin i could find put froze it for bout an hour and put it on the meat slicer then sliced strips across the grain
 
1st time using this 1, i always search the web for ideas then just throw together what ever sounds good and i try to keep a log of what i used incase i want that exact recipe again
