Beef Dino Rib Sammies

    Beef Dino Rib Sammies

    I was cleaning out my Freezer a bit & these Dino Rib Trimmings had to go.

    So I Sliced & Fried up an Onion in Butter, & added the Rib Trimmings, along with some other goodies (shown below).

    Mrs Bear added some Pan Fried Breaded Zuke Slices to the second night’s meal, because I only had enough Rib Meat Mix left for one more Sammy.

    Oh Yeah——A Pickled Egg found it’s way to my plate too.

    The Captions Below tell the rest.

    This is where the leftover trimmings came from:





    All the things I’m gonna need.
    In the Green container is all the Rib Trimmings I had left:





    First I gotta Fry up a Pan of Onion in Butter:





    Onion nice & Browned, like I like them:





    Mixed the Beef Rib Trimmings with the Browned Onion Slices, and add a little Worcestershire & Franks Hot Sauce:





    A little Steak Sauce on the rolls:





    Fill 2 small Steak Rolls with the Mix, and a Pickled Egg on the Side:





    Next Day I had enough for one more Rib & Onion Sammy, with a Cheese Topping:





    Since I only had enough for One Sammy, Mrs Bear made us some Fried Zucchini:

    She’s on a roll now!!!!





    Just right to go with my Sammy:

    I'll bet you & I could Easily come up with Dozens of better Cheesesteak Joints than those two.

    They most definitely are! I make a pretty mean cheesesteak and could make 4 hoagies compared to buying just one of theirs.

  19. Bears stuff always looks so good, I find myself coming back again and again to look.  I think He is the reason I stay in trouble with my wife. Like she said when she banned me from smoking for a while " Is everything in the freezer and fridge smoked" ?   I said pretty much or waiting to be smoked.----------------------

    I also have to thank a bunch of people on here for recipes and tips on the curing and stuffing.

    However---Don't blame me!----I have the same trouble with being drawn back again & again to some of your Threads, like that Awesome Brisket of yours!! I think I wore a path to it in my MAC !!!
