Beef brisket times and temp???

  1. I have a 750 gram cut of rolled brisket to smoke today and wanna know wat yu guys use for a gd time and temp to get a gd crust and juicy centre!!

    Be sure to keep an eye on the temps. A 1 1/2 pound brisket won't take too long unless you go slow. You don't say what you're cooking it in
     
  4. It was cooked in an steel bin modified to be a smoker. I cooked it at a temp of 120 for 2hrs 20 and came out very very well. Forgot to take a pic before eating 😢 haha

    Is that 120C ?  Or 120F ?
