Beef bottom round question

  1. I told the wife I wanted to do a bottom round for sammie's she came home with 2, my question is this should I freeze one or smoke both and slice and freeze?

    Why waste the fuel?

    Smoke, slice, vacupack and freeze.

    Great sandwiches for a while?

    Your new so maybe you haven't got the bug that bad yet. A full smoker is a good no great smoker.

    Had to get a second fridge.

    And a second smoker too. Small one just not enough room.

    Thanks for the reply's just wasn't sure how the roast beef would be after freezing it, never froze any lunch meat before.
     
  10. Coming right along aren't you? Congrats! I've already bought a second freezer, second fridge and now looking at another smoker.
