After reading a couple posts about Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans, I just had to try them.
I figured the beans, a slab of babybacks and some country style ribs would be a good learning experience on the new CharGriller sidebox. After the meat was on about an hour, the beans went in on the hot side.
And we're smokin!
It took roughly 6 hrs. I have a lot to learn about charcoal/stick burners LOL! With MB gasser I found foiling for only an hour instead of two was good, but should have gone with two for FOTB like the Mrs likes. They were tender enough for her, though [emoji]128522[/emoji]
Finished and on the plate.
These beans are fantastic!!
