Hey guys and girls, I am new at this and learning fast. I bought a smoker from Lowe's and I love it. I bought a Mavrick ET7 thermometer that is really cool. I have only done ribs and one fatty so far. The fatty was not all that good. The ribs are great. I made my own rib rub and is seems to be ok, I still think it is missing something. I have been really busy lately with trying to get my farm set up so that I can move down there.
