Smoked some ribs a couple weeks ago. 2 racks still in the freezer - they are coming out to the beach on Sunday.
Tonight I'm smoking a couple skillets of beans to go with 'em. We'll make the slaw that morning... simply reheat the beans on the portable Weber, and then finish the ribs. It's gonna be great
