I love chili but can't handle it when it's hot and humid out... added sweat from eating just isn't funny...[emoji]128559[/emoji] I think my next overnight smoke is gonna be a brisket on the wsm since I located brisket for 2 something at Sam's. Keep up the good work Bď

Looks like you nailed it B! :drool I could put a hurtin' on some of that...Nicely done my friend!

brian that right there makes my .... stomach tell me to get more antacids! Looks really good! People put noodles in chili up here... SWMBO... more meat and beans and no noodles for me!
LOL  Adam. That chili is not for the faint of heart. But I love it.  A Tums chaser is all you need!

You know... I travel a lot. I've eaten pounds of spaghetti with chili in Cincinnati !  I like it! ...BUT can't tolerate one single bean in a pot of chili.

lol brian. I like protein chili instead of starch that just hits your mid section [emoji]128521[/emoji] never road trip I'm stopping in cincy to try their chili... last stop I had in Ohio was at a steak n shake and they had the worst service ever and we got up and left.

I'm thinking squeakers on top of the chili would be awesome!

So last month I was going through TSA in Green Bay.  I was sweating it out because I had 5 pounds of fresh squeakers in my carry on. The Xray guy just laughed at me and shook his head! LOL.

Howdy to my favorite Canadian.

Thanks so much for the point! Things are a bit calmer now. My mother ( 92 going on 40) fell and broker her hip. A nice new stainless steel rod, a few screws, a dab of super glue and all is much better!  A few weeks at the Rehab Hospital and she will be dancing to old Tommy Dorsey  tunes. ... Doesn't like the food.  Wants her son to bring smoked chicken on Saturday.

Longevity runs in the family. This is why I like my beef well marbled! No regrets.

Thanks again for the point big guy.

It's about time someone had a big smoke on a fancy newer rig they have!

Tell her there is a Canadian rooting for her and Canadians are lucky.

I didn't know you did delivery. Can I put an order in?
