I am a sucker for after Christmas sales.  Not only did I buy myself a new coat today at a nice discount, BUT later found 2 turkey breasts at at the grocery store at 50% off!  

With the family now gone to their respective homes, the wife and I are enjoying the quiet time this Sunday. She really does a lot of fussing for the Holidays. And I love her for it! 

So tonight dinner is on me.  Heck, I'll even do the dishes!

These are injected with Bird Booster and dusted with Dirty Bird rub.

I'm using the MES today . It's too wet and messy outside to fire up the stick burner.  

The MES is dialed in at 250 and using I am using Pitmaster Dust in the Amazen

The Breasts hit 165 IT.  Time to pull them off the grate.  Baste them with a little butter...

And then cover in foil to loaf on the counter until the sides are done.
