Sup ever one new here ? Made some baby backs on my new offset and they came out alil tough i been use to vertical any tips

Welcome!
Pictures and details of what you did will help people on the forum answer your question. I have used horizontal offset for a while now, the only times I've had Baby backs come out tough is when I took them out too early.

In the mean time you can use search function (magnifying glass) on the upper right and type in baby back or tough ribs and you will find a lot of threads discussing techniques. Also if you type in horizontal offset there you can find some ideas/info on horizontal rigs.

Also under Forums on your menu bar at the top of the page you will find numerous forums to look under to find some areas for inspiration!

Good luck!

Welcome to SMF!

Glad to have you with us!

If your ribs were tough, then they weren't cooked long enough.

Doesn't matter what smoker you have, tough ribs = not done.
