So I decided to do some BB's for Father's Day tomorrow. I think that am going to go along with another post that I read here and some a couple fine cigars as well...probably start with an AF 858 Sungrown and then later something from the little southern Island. Here is the start of the BB rubbed with mustard and Jeff's rub....

Will post more tomorrow whilst smoking the ribs

Can't believe I am still up with, and I'm excited to see how well they turn out.
Nice combo you've got going and they look great already.

Waiting for an update, I guess I should wait till their done. I take it you're not going to eat them for breakfast.

Good looking ribs. Can't have the cigars anymore. COPD is not friendly.

Yeah Def not going to be eating them for Breakfast....Italy is +6 from the east coast. I actually just got them foiled and going to wait another 2 hours and then unfoild...here are some pics right before foiling and after.....

Ribs unfoild and back on the smoker for the last hour....

After pulling the rack on the left side out of the foil I just about dropped them as they were falling apart.

My questions is do you guys add smoke for the last hour or is it just the heat...Please help me out as these are my first try at an ribs at all

Just pulled the ribs from the smoker and they are resting in a cooler waiting on the rest of dinner to be made. Will post the finished product when all completed.....as well as the fruit pizza that my wife is making for desert.

Finished product plated with homemade mashed potatoes and some sauce.

I think next time I am going to go with different times due to the fact that we think that they were a little over cooked. Next time I am going to try 1.5/1.5/45m and see how it turns out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
