Smoked up some BB's and spares this aft. Made Dutch's beans and my sweat slaw yesterday. That's when this was supposed to be smoked but spent way too much time at the Harley shop. Did the spares 3-2-.5 and BB's 2-2-.5. Used hickory and turned out great. Fell off the bones.
Gettin ready. TBS on the electric w/bacon ends, lump cooking on the gasser

Man, you can tell the meat will just suck right off those bones. Great job on the smoke. Color is beautiful too. And I'm loving the "GrillMaster Cockpit" you got set up there! I'll have a setup like that in 2 weeks for a big reunion for family & friends.
Enjoy!

Thanks everyone. Never had both ribs at the same time. Have always liked BB's better, but after today I think I like the spares. More smoke flavor, extra hr of smoke on them. Plus they were $1.97/lb compared to $3.37 for the BB's.

Great looking ribs, yummo.
