Hello, I am new to this site and figured I would have some luck finding someone who knows anyone who has a BBQ trailer/truck in VA. I wanted to get some info on the best way to get this started. I figure to go with a trailer since a food truck could be more expensive and could lead to bigger problems at the start up point. Thanks Carmen

A trailer has many advantages from my point of view. There are a lot of events that we vend at that don't allow Food trucks. Our trailer also works well for small venues such as family events. We are working on a large event trailer now but plan on keeping our smaller one.

Thanks for he response. I see that your in NC? Is ther a lot of permits you have to get for that?
