Well the brisket was a hit yesterday and well I wanted to use up the leftovers today. I reheated them by placing in a shallow pan, poured the left over au jus over the meat and foiled the pan tight and placed in a 300 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes, was perfect all over again!! Made kind of a BBQ surf n turf dinner as I paired it with some crab legs done in a poll of Old Bay Seasoning. Mmmmmmmmmm Was a hit with the family.

I also noticed that the small smoke ring I got was even more pronouced today. So that was cool especially since I did the brisket on the MES.

thanks for looking

You got that right Ron. LOL. You were one of the first folks who I met when I found this site and you set me down this path as I was inspired to do this thing you call "smokin' " :) I'm hook, line, and sinkered my friend. Thanks

Nice Leftovers, although I can't imagine having leftover crab legs around here with my wife around...

Brisket was leftover, crab was first go around since I am with you, there never is any of that left around.

That looks great. I have always wanted to make some crab legs at home, but never have taken the time. How long do you boil them in the pot with old bay?

Now thats what I'm talking about. Definetly one of the most creative leftover ideas I've heard of yet.
