Hi all,
I send different mails to this company and ask for europeand distribbutor but I do NOT recive any reply !
Serious company ???
 
Hello fadax.

I use their pellets in my pellet cooker regularly. They are a great product...my guess is that they're the industry leader for U.S. BBQ pellet production.

I have no idea if BBQrs Delight, or any other U.S. Pellet manufacturer, distubutes to retail outlets in Europe. It's a fairly young industry, and there are still many places in the U.S. where it's difficult to find retailers. Many of us must order our BBQ pellets online and pay freight charges to have them shipped to our homes.

I can't explain why they haven't answered your emails...they have a solid reputation with good customer service. Perhaps try again and see if you get a response?

I don't know if they're serious or not, but they certainly are legitimate.

Usually if emails don't get a response either they got caught by a spam filter, were sent to an incorrect address, or sometimes just disregarded as spam by a human reader.   Website form submissions can be just as unreliable.

The company lists both toll-free and direct phone numbers on their Contact Us and Links pages.  What happened when you called them on the telephone?

this pellets are available in Europe but only in a smal bag.
I need the importer info becouse I want ask him if is possible have a 20lb bag.
I send again a message but nothing.
I can't call the factory becouse I don't speack English.

Hello Fausto.

I suspected a language barrier might be part of the problem with getting a response via email. As gpb11 suggested, it could be a bad address or a filter.

If you'll send me a private message with your contact information (name and email), I'd be willing to make contact with BBQrs Delight and act as your "interpreter"

I don't know if I can help, but it's worth a try...
