This is a chuck roast I did back in September.

Used the rubs shown, after a little dousing in Worchestershire (Sp?).

Used a Korean sauce when I wrapped it and put it back on the smoker.

The Roast

The Rubs and "marinade".

Rubbed and in the fridge.

Korean sauce poured over the roast and wrapped up, and back on the smoker.

The finished product.

That looks nice , Preacher .

Is your Korean sauce a secret or would you share...

I really like the glaze you have on it . . . looks sweet and savory and 'sticky-lick-your - fingers'  good

Thanks for  the view...

LOL....no secret, really.  It was a store bought sauce I saw that was designed for cooking a roast in the crock pot.  I just used it for the smoker.

I will try and remember which one it was.  It was the only thing I did not take a picture of....kicking myself now!
