I know you have many a brisket under your belt/smoker, but which is your favorite prep, wood, searing technique and rub? I think this would be an interesting read... pics or no pics, it's all good.

No Pics from Bubba? He'd either have to leave forever and join the knitting club, or he'd have to publicly admit that he prefers pickled frog's tongue over ANY smoked meats he's done!

He who makes the rules, can break the rules. Gibe Bubba a chance to reply before you paint his wagon and take a pic. LOL

I am not saying he isn't allowed to post about brisket without pics. I am just saying he should know better.

I think it's all in fun, but I know Bubba can smoke a mean brisket, so let's play it out.

Lol.....no slack from this crowd!

I did this 21 pounder last weekend in 4 hrs, cooked on the manifold of my snowmobile...
Most tender and juicy brisky i ever cooked!

Should'a seen it!

Now that's not a challenge for you!

Bubba that is a mighty fine looking brisket. What place did you get with that entry?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words... I think you just gave us the library. Excellent Q Bubba.

I think he rubbed it with Yoshidas soy.
