Well were to begin I am in San Diego South bay starting up a BBQ business! Been waiting for few years here I have into BBQ for ever of course love it. At home I have a Traeger XL and a Traeger Pro  have used side box smokers on other systems before. Well don't want to spoil my fire. Have not opened yet but when I do I plan on running a J&R Little Red Smokehouse and a J&R Oyler out of a place down by the beach. People are screaming for it and the time is right. I love lessening to forums there are always great ideas either new or Old all appreciated. Looking for ideas on Bulk rubs and sauces of course there are thousands. I will end up making some ideas are appreciated.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
