Barrel Question

So the only place Im able to locate a barrel is buy one new..33 bucks not bad and probably worth knowing its never stored anything.

With a new barrel do I still need to burn it out? Im sure the answer is yes but just wanted to make sure.

If its never been used don't need to burn it out. Unless it has the red liner in it.
If you want to burn off the paint on the outside of it you can use a weed burner to do with.
