I've been wanting to do some bologna.  There's a local meat place that has 9lb bologna for $1.99/lb.  Any tips on how long, what temp, etc?

I like the different way of cooking the old faithful tire patch sammies. It looks really good to. The cabbage and is always a nice treat now that I have done some it even better.
