Help! I've got a SFB my dad made. I'm having trouble keeping a uniform heat when I smoke.. It's hot on the box side when my therno is just right. I only have the one thermo. Is there any way to make the heat more uniform? I like smoking meaty goodness, but right now it's such a hassle. I do ok when I put the meat on the end opposite the FB. Too close and the meat burns.
