So we got a bit of ice and sleet coming down and no one wants to drive. I've got a turkey smoking in the MES 40 IT IS athe 140

Should I carve it now or leave it whole? How should I reheat? We are getting together for post-church lunch on Sunday.

Thanks for any help

I would carve it while warm, cool the meat off. Pick the meat of spine and other parts that don't get plated and save both the meat and bones (leftover and soup).

Vacpac if you can and reheat in vac bags in hot water. Or steam it if no vacpac.

Skin won't be crispy but the taste will be awesome.
